These terms apply to all transactions and invoices issued by Relocations.io. Please read carefully before making your payment.
🔒 Non-Refundable Services
All services provided are non-refundable unless specifically stated in a line item on your invoice.
If a refund is possible, it may take 7–14 business days to process, depending on third-party timelines associated with the service type.
🧾 Taxes & VAT
- Amounts may include VAT (EU) or other local taxes depending on your country of residence.
- Services related to import/export are often VAT-exempt under EU Reverse Charge regulations (Article 44 & 196 of EU Directive 2006/112/EC).
💱 Currency Options
- By default, all invoices are issued in Euros (€).
- If you require bank transfer instructions in a different currency, please request this in advance so we can provide the appropriate bank details.
- Currency conversion or exchange fees may apply depending on location and payment method.
💳 Credit Card & PayPal Payments
- You can pay via Credit Card or PayPal using the “Pay” button on your digital invoice.
- A 4% surcharge applies to all Credit Card and PayPal payments.
- 🚫 We cannot accept Credit Card or PayPal payments from EU residents, in accordance with EU payment surcharge policies.
🕒 Processing Times
- Bank transfers typically take 1–2 business days to process depending on currency and country.
- Payments made over weekends or holidays may experience slight delays.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is received and processed.
⏰ Late/Overdue Payment Policy
- Overdue payments are subject to a 3.5% daily late fee (business days only) for the first 7 days.
- After 7 business days, unpaid invoices will be transferred to a third-party collections agency in your country of residence or business.
- A 25% surcharge will be added to cover administrative and collections costs once the debt is passed to a collections entity.
📬 Payment Receipt & Confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation email once payment is successfully processed.
- For a downloadable PDF invoice, please log in to your Relocations.io Portal.
📦 Shipping-Specific Terms
🛡️ Insurance (CMR Coverage)
All shipments within Europe include mandatory CMR insurance as per transport law.

You may purchase extended non-refundable policy to accompany your shipment which will be based on the value of the goods, weight/size and type of shipment.
📅 Shipping Dates & Flexibility
While you may request specific delivery or pickup dates, unforeseen delays such as weather, mechanical issues, or local regulations/events may affect timing.
💡 Quoted prices are based on flexible shipping arrangements to provide cost-efficient solutions.
📈 Rate Guarantee
Rates are only guaranteed once your transport booking is confirmed.
- If payment is made but the booking cannot be secured, a full refund will be issued.
- Once the shipment is confirmed, however, the booking is non-refundable.
⚖️ Weight & Size Declaration
All quotes are based on the declared dimensions and weight at the time of booking.
🚚 Carriers will re-measure and weigh the shipment upon pickup.
📦 If your shipment is overweight, oversized, or poorly packed (especially if it does not follow our packaging standards), the carrier may apply additional charges at non-contracted rates.
✅ Agreement Acknowledgement
By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined on this page and those shown on your invoice.
