Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions for Relocations.io

Welcome to the Relocations.io Affiliate Program! By joining this program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here, as well as the broader Relocations.io Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please carefully review these guidelines before enrolling.

1. Program Participation

As an authorized affiliate, your role is to promote Relocations.io services and earn commissions on sales generated through your referrals. Whether through your website, social media channels, or direct recommendations, you are responsible for ethical and legal promotion.

2. Application Approval and Rejection

Relocations.io reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion. If your application is rejected, no legal recourse is available. Your participation in the program is conditional upon our approval.

3. Commissions

• Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly.
• Eligibility: Referrals must remain active for at least 31 days to qualify for a commission.
• No Self-Referrals: Referring yourself or generating commissions on your own purchases is prohibited.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Commissions are only paid on legitimate, completed transactions. Any fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or refunds will disqualify the commission.

4. Termination and Suspension

Your participation may be suspended or terminated if you engage in any of the following activities:

• Inappropriate Promotions: Including false claims, misleading links, or deceptive marketing.
• Spam Tactics: Such as mass emailing or irrelevant newsgroup postings.
• Illegal Activity: Promotion on websites involved in illegal activities.
• Intellectual Property Violations: Unauthorized use of Relocations.io’s trademarks, logos, or media.
• Unauthorized Incentives: Offering unapproved rebates, coupons, or rewards as part of your promotional strategy.

Relocations.io reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for any violations or without reason if deemed necessary.

5. Affiliate Links and Promotions

You are permitted to use the graphic and text links provided by us or create your own promotional content. All content must align with our brand guidelines and be compliant with the conditions outlined here. Additionally:

• You may promote your links via websites, social media, emails, or other channels.
• You must ensure that your promotional efforts are ethical and compliant with all applicable regulations, including European Union guidelines.

6. Marketing and Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates must:

• Ensure that all marketing content is accurate, transparent, and does not mislead potential clients.
• Avoid any tactics that involve bidding on branded keywords or engaging in PPC campaigns without prior written approval.

7. Coupon and Deal Sites

If you promote our products through a deal or coupon site, please adhere to these guidelines:

• Do not use misleading language suggesting unauthorized discounts.
• Do not promote unassigned or unofficial coupons.
• Ensure the visitor sees the coupon details before setting any affiliate cookies.

8. Minimum Payout Threshold

Relocations.io may set a minimum payout threshold to streamline payment processes. You must reach this threshold before any payments are disbursed.

9. Non-Compete and Exclusivity Clauses

Depending on your role, you may be subject to non-compete or exclusivity clauses to prevent promoting direct competitors.

10. Affiliate Performance Reviews

Your account may be periodically reviewed based on performance, compliance, and contribution to the program. Low-performing or non-compliant affiliates could face reduced commissions or removal from the program.

11. Fraud Monitoring

We actively monitor activities for signs of fraud or abuse. Any detected fraudulent behavior will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of earned commissions.

12. Data Reporting and Analytics

Affiliates have access to performance metrics, including clicks, conversions, and earnings, through our affiliate portal.

13. Program Termination Clause

Relocations.io reserves the right to terminate the program or individual affiliate accounts at any time. Affiliates will be notified if the program is discontinued.

14. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. Relocations.io disclaims any liability for indirect damages or interruptions in the program.

15. Term of Agreement and Modifications

This agreement is effective upon your submission of the Affiliate Application and will continue until terminated. We may modify the terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

16. In-House Affiliates and Partnership Program

17. Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relocations.io and its representatives against legal claims or disputes arising from their activities under this agreement.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled in good faith, with mediation as a first step. Unresolved matters may be subject to binding arbitration.

19. Electronic Signature Agreement

By completing the Relocations.io affiliate application, you consent to the terms in this agreement. Your submission constitutes an electronic signature with the same legal force as a handwritten one.
